KARWAAN is a story about three people travelling with two dead bodies, on a journey which will change their lives forever.

Plot

The 2 minutes and 37 seconds trailer starts off with Avinash (Dulquer Salmaan) receiving an information that his father has passed away and they have sent his father’s body but Dulquer rather receives the dead body of a woman and hence he along with his friend Shaukat (Irrfan Khan) set out on a road trip to Kochi to retrieve his father’s body and in their trip they are also joined by a college student Tanya (Mithila Palkar) and in this unexpected journey they will find redemption, hope, love and eventually themselves, is what it looks like. The trailer is very funny and it tells us that the film will be a fun ride with some dose of emotions. KARWAAN is Dulquer Salmaan’s Bollywood debut and he looks completely in his character, Irrfan is hilarious. The film releases on 3rd August 2018.

Genre

Be it any genre, Slice of life drama films are always fun and exciting to watch. In the past we have seen films like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Dil Chahta Hai, Tumhari Sulu, Anand and many more which not only did brilliant at the box office but were also highly liked by the audiences. KARWAAN is of the same genre and the trailer gives us an idea that the film will be entertaining and thought provoking.

Star Cast

The film stars Irrfan, Dulquer Salmaan, Mithila Palkar. It marks the Bollywood debut of Dulqeer Salmaan.  All the actors look amazing in their characters. The trailer gives an idea that the actors will entertain us through their performances. The director Akarsh Khurana has presented his actors brilliantly and they all are all looking wonderful.

Soundtrack

The music of the film is given by Prateek Kuhad, Anurag Saikia, Slow Cheetah, Shwetang Shankar and Imaad Shah. The song Chota Sa Fasana which is composed by Anurag Saikia has been viewed by 3 million people so far. The other song Saansein which is sung, composed and written by Prateek Kuhad has being liked by the audiences. The soundtrack of the film is refreshing and rising on the chartbuster day by day.
