Rajkummar Rao and Nargis Fakhri’s Hollywood film 5 WEDDINGS is headed to Cannes; the film will have its world premiere at the prestigious festival this year and will follow that up with the Indian theatrical release in the second half of 2018.

Sonu Sood has joined the cast of Rohit Shetty’s SIMMBA. He will be seen playing the villain. The film stars Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan in the lead. Film is slated to open on 28th Dec this year. Dharma Productions and Reliance Entertainment produce the movie along with Rohit Shetty.

Vidyut Jamwal and Shruti Hassan have teamed up once again for Mahesh Manjrekar’s next who returns to direct a Hindi film after many years. The said film also features Naseeruddin Shah and Amol Parekar. Shruti and Vidyut have earlier shot for Tigmanshu Dhulia’s YAARA.

Milap Zaveri’s next which was launched with the abbreviation SMJ have now gotten the title SATYAMEV JAYATE from Aamir Khan. The film stars John Abraham, Manoj Bajpayee and Aisha Sharma. The shooting of the film is currently going on in Mumbai and is produced by Emmay Entertainment & T-Series films.

Katrina Kaif’s younger sister Isabelle will debut opposite Sooraj Pancholi in TIME TO DANCE. The film will be directed by Stanley D’Costa and the film will be produced by Remo D’Souza, who has also written the film. Actors have already been doing workshops for the various dance forms for the film.

PARI starring Anushka Sharma and Parambrata Chatterjee to have a release in Russia. This will be the first ever Bollywood female led movie to be released in Russia. PARI is produced by Anushka Sharma’s Clean Slate films and KriArj Entertainment.

Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar, Anurag Kashyap and Dibakar Banerjee’s joint direction project to be directly released on Netfi lx and is titled LUST STORIES which will release in June this year. The project is produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Ashi Dua and it stars Radhika Apte, Manisha Koirala, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Neha Dhupia and Kiara Advani. The last time this quadruple teamed up was for BOMBAY TALKIES.

S.S. Rajamouli’s magnum opus BAHUBALI which stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Ramya Krishnan, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia and Sathyaraj to be screened in Pakistan at Pakistan International Film Festival (PIFF) which is held in Karachi, Pakistan. Both the parts of BAHUBALI will be screened at the fi lm festival.
