It’s a comedy drama with a tadka of social facts.  We list down a few pointers as to why the film will work at the cinema.

In the trailer it’s quite obvious what the makers are trying to tell the audience and that’s where we get the storyline of the film that intrigues us to wait and watch the film.   ‘Why Cheat India’ talks about a fraud man played by Emraan Hashmi who decides to take advantage of an academic world  where there are very few opportunities and too many aspirants, and only the smartest can survive. From rigging examination to forging certificates, whereas, his schemes exploit and expose the failing of an Indian system fraught with problems. The film is undoubtedly a realistic and gripping tale of the current time which basically throws light on the bitter facts of our education system.

Star cast is something we look for in a film, and if the film stars are our favorite then it becomes one of the reasons to watch the film.  Emraan Hashmi has proved his mettle as an actor who can don many roles.  With ‘Why Cheat India’ Emraan once again looks convincing as a businessman who only knows the art of making money. We see Emraan Hashmi carrying the film on his shoulder and undoubtedly doing justice to it with his effective dialogue delivery and charismatic personality. On the other hand, we will see newbie Shreya Dhanwanthary making her Bollywood debut opposite Emraan Hashmi. There’s always a hope and eagerness to see new faces, hope the debutant makes a mark with this film.

A film is incomplete without having drama in it and ‘Why Cheat India’ gives us all the vibes of it being a dramatic yet realistic film.  The film is backed by the makers of ‘Neerja’ ‘Tumhari Sulu’ and ‘Raid’, who gave us such fine content driven films in the past; that gives us many reasons to look forward to watch ‘Why Cheat India’. The punch line of the film “nakla mein hi akal hai” is so intriguing and we are sure it will be a treat to watch this comedy social drama film that looks a complete package of entertainment.

The album of the film has beautiful, meaningful songs; “Daru Wargi’ is one of the most popular songs from the album sung by Guru Randhawa.  “Dil Mein Ho Tum” is a romantic number that soothe your nerves and melt your heart, sung by Armaan Malik. The songs bring life to a film so does this album does justice to its film with beautiful lyrics and visual appeal.
