After a long wait, we finally get to witness the trailer of the much awaited 83. The film, as we all know, tells the story of India’s historic win in the 1983 cricket World Cup. The trailer shows us a glimpse of the difficulties our cricketers faced, both on and off the field. Ranveer Singh is playing the role of the legendary Kapil Dev and we have to say, he has embodied the character beautifully, from the dialect to the looks, he seems to be getting it bang on. The trailer promises the film to be an entertaining true story of how India went from being underdogs, to being World Champions and getting the due respect along with it. The trailer itself has given us goosebumps so we can’t wait to see what the film has in store for us. 83 will be out in theatres on December 24 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
