Any person, firm or company having any claim or rights of whatsoever nature, on the abovementioned Life Rights and/ or our client’s rights in the Life Rights, by way of assignment, license, lien, transfer or reservation of any nature, and/or any claim against of whatsoever nature in this regard, may please inform us in writing in English language, along with documentary proof of evidence of claim at the address mentioned below within 15 (fifteen) days of this notice. Only claims attached with appropriate and specifically marked/defined documentary proof or evidence in support thereof shall be considered. a)    The one-time right to make a cinematographic film adapted/based on the Original Film in Hindi Language on the basis of the incidents, plots, story, script, scenes, screenplay, dialogues, characters, picturization, dramatic work and names of the characters, passages, choreography, action, revisions, dramatization, themes and/or ideas contained therein of the Original Film (“Remake Film”), right to re-create posters and artwork for the purpose of publicity and promotion of the Remake Film.
b)    The right to produce, market, distribute exploit the Remake Film across all media, formats, modes, method & manners whether now known or invented, discovered and/or introduced in the future.
c)    The right of dubbing and sub-titling the Remake Film in any and all languages of the World.
d)    The right to add and/or delete, change, alter and modify any portion or portions of the script of said Original Film to suit the Remake Film and to rearrange and/or transpose and change the story, script, sequence thereof and the characters and descriptions of the characters contained in the Original Film, and to use a portion or portions or the characters, plots, or theme of the Original Film in conjunction with any other literary, dramatic or other material of any kind to suit the storyline of the Remake Film.
e)    Right to produce, sell, assign, exploit and/or in any manner deal with the derivative works of the Remake Film in any language Worldwide in conjunction with Shemaroo.

The abovementioned Remake Rights have been acquired by our client for exploitation across any and all media, formats, modes, method & manners whether now known or invented, discovered and/or introduced in the future.

1. Rights for the Movies “Bhai” and “Yeh Raaste Hai Pyar Ke” including the original sound and picture negatives.

The above mentioned Rights are free and open for exploitation from 10th September 2020 for the movie “Bhai” and from 1st October 2021 for the movie “Yeh Raaste Hai Pyar Ke.”

We hereby state that we have not received any claims or objections against the above mentioned Rights of the Movies after the public notice dated 23rd March 2019, 30th March 2019 and 6th April 2019. Please note that pursuant to this notice any claims or objections of whatsoever nature shall not be entertained and deemed to be waived off.
